“ Simple Goodness is the most incredible plant powered eatery ever. The food is delicious, nutritious, clean ingredients, and easy to digest. The specials, use of local and organic food, and every bite being filled with love makes this our priority stop every time we are in Penrith. They get busy so send them a message and they will hold a table for you. ”
“ The best vegan bistro in the UK. Intimate setting with the most amazing selection of raw salads and daily specials. Everything is prepared with love, knowledge and passion and everyone is greeted with a warm and sincere welcome. Good for both body and soul. ”
“ Best plant based restaurant we've been to in the North West - we very much enjoyed how healthy and tasty the food and drinks were. We often feel that there are limited options for plant based meals out that aren't packed with fat, salt and sugar and so it was great to find this not to be the case here. Varied options available for drinks (turmeric chair was fantastic), fresh salads and mains. ”
“ I had the best Chicory mushroom coffee along with a stunning lunch! Thank you Simple Goodness for such a lovely lunch. Will make sure to come back every time we’re in Penrith. Great also to be dog friendly ... ”
“ What an amazing place. Colourful, nutritional balanced, tasty, outstanding service, great atmosphere, very singular in the most positive way possible. ”
“ Absolutely incredible place in Penrith! The owners are lovely and are clearly very passionate about what they serve their customers and the way they run their business. We had the spring greens soup and it was the coziest and tastiest meal we have had in a while. The lemon cake was gorgeous both taste and presentation wise and the lady owner even came over to encourage us to try the organic lemon slice as well! Coffee was incredible and the overall atmosphere and vibe of the place was lovely. We wish them all the best with the place and hope they continue for many years to come! We will definitely be back!! ”
“ We're not vegan but we have our new fav place to stop on our way through Penrith. The food is obviously prepared and served with love. Really well sourced ingredients even in the teas. I had the beetroot burger (pictured) and even the homemade bread bun was also delicious. The little booths mean the whole experience feels personal. Also, dogs are allowed. ”
“ I won't say much but I really liked the service and food. I would definitely suggest you to go there and try vegan Yorkshire pudding, masala dosa. I would love to share my recipes with them to make Indian food more indian Thank you ”
